“The Happy Mallard" 8-bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - great location (adjacent to Silver Dollar City!), lake view, tons of space, game room (pool table, foosball, multiple arcades), theater room with reclining chairs & a 85” big screen TV, private hot tub, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, kids bunk rooms, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Guests are amazed with how spacious the rooms and common spaces are. The lodge is quite cozy with quality furnishings!

We came with a total of 6 couples and this house was perfect!! The house was so beautiful and equipped with everything we needed and more. So much space for everyone to do their own things. The game room was a lot of fun and sitting out on the beautiful deck was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!!!

This cozy lake lodge was the perfect place for my daughter and her bridesmaids to celebrate! The home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The small decor touches, the comfy and substantial furniture, and the cozy, homey atmosphere made it all the sweeter.
The hot tub was a bonus. The beds were super comfy and I appreciate the quality towels and toiletry amenities in all the bathrooms.
The location was great and lake view nice. When all the construction is complete in the neighborhood, it will be even better!
Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and/or gather. The large dining room and kitchen were a dream to cook in and eat together as a large group.
Great for a girls getaway or multiple family retreat! Will definitely return to the cozy lake lodge!

Our family loved this house!! The game room was awesome!! All of our kids enjoyed the games and the theatre room. The kiddie gate at the top of the stairs was much appreciated. Loved the washers and dryers! The three dishwashers were so helpful! It was so refreshing to go to the house and have everything supplied for the week. The decks were so pleasant and the fireplaces were so relaxing, as was the beautiful hot tub! We also enjoyed the community pools, and splash pad. The location was easily accessible to Silver Dollar City and all the Branson attractions. We would definitely recommend this house for large families that needed space. There was plenty of space for family members to do things together or separately. We all had a ton of fun making memories as a family!!

This property is wonderfully spacious, lovely, open concepts for families to sit together to eat along with plenty of space on the island for buffet style meals. All the provided dishes/bowls, etc was great!!
We really enjoyed the fact that each family member had a bedroom with a bathroom, not all private, but close enough. At night, each family had their own TV in the bedrooms to watch their own programs and fall asleep with. As a family, we could come in after all the activities each day that are SOooo very close, to end with some HOTTUB time!! The veiw was fabulous from the hottub!! How relaxing for working families.. We are/was thrilled with this location, the home, the view along with 3 grandchildren under 2. THANKS HAPPY MALLARD for giving us family memories and a space for the whole family to be in. Thanks!!

The Happy Mallard Lodge was the perfect spot for spring break. The house was perfect for the kiddos and the perfect spot to play games, relax and recharge before heading out for activities. The view was beautiful and all the amenities were perfect. We loved soaks in the hot tub and porch sitting. The beds were great. The kids had so much with all the old arcade games, the bag toss game and watching movies in the theater room.
The pool in the community was easily accessible and having an indoor pool was a game changer for the family when it was chilly outside.
The location was great. Super close to Silver Dollar City, Shepherds on the Hill and Downtown Branson. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen had everything we needed. Honestly, a little spoiled by the 2 dish washers.
Do yourself a favor and make your next stay here, you won't regret it.

This home was perfect for our extended family. I loved that we could all eat dinner together at the two huge kitchen tables. Also perfect for family games! We had a minor issue during check in and the host was very response and it was resolved quickly. Construction started early around 8am one morning but was clearly noted in the listing so we were not surprised.

Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Jaron was an excellent hosts and this location is beautiful, we’d recommend 11/10 and will be back again!
